• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Seller Responsibilities

By listing a boat for sale, you represent and warrant that:

• You have legal possession of the boat.
• You have the right to sell the boat.
• The information you provide about the boat (description, photos, condition, price) is accurate and truthful.
• You are acting in good faith and not attempting to mislead or defraud potential buyers.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these rules.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details and exercising due diligence before making a purchase.
• We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.

5. Fees and Payments

• Sellers are charged listing fees and/or transaction fees as disclosed on our Website.
• All payments are processed through third-party providers. We do not store credit card information.
• Bost listing fees are 100% refundable only within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, your listing may be eligible for a partial refund. Please contact Boatr.ai at 586-209-4688 or send an email to : info@boatr.ai to explain your request for a refund.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Website to:

• List fraudulent, stolen, or counterfeit boats.
• Post misleading or inaccurate information.
• Harass, abuse, or defraud other users.
• Violate any laws or regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content and branding on the Website is owned by Boatr AI or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or misuse Website content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We provide the Website "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses resulting from transactions between users.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us in the past 12 months.

13. Refund & Dispute Policy

Boat listings purchased by private sellers or boat dealers/brokers are fully refundable within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours after purchase, you may qualify for a partial refund. To request a refund or dispute a charge, please call 586-209-4688 or send an email to: info@boatr.ai with your request and explanation for refund or dispute of a charge. We try to be fair with all requests and transactions. Please include your full name, email and phone number.

14. Cancellation Policy

Boat listings with Boatr AI are fully refundable and cancellable within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours after purchase, you may qualify for a partial refund if you wish to cancel. To cancel your boat listing or to cancel your free account, please call 586-209-4688 or send an email to: info@boatr.ai with your request and explanation for cancellation. Please include your full name, email and phone number.

You may pause your boat listing at any time. To cancel with a full refund, please cancel a boat listing within 48 hours of purchase. To cancel your free user account, you can do that via email or phone call at any time, at 586-209-4688 or via email, info@boatr.ai.
